Java Development Engineer

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java SE (8 or higher) and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs that are efficient and secure.
• Support task planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with departmental tools and workflows.
• Perform verification and validation testing for software projects
• Suggest technical upgrades and drive continuous improvements
• Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing codebases
• Develop future-proof reusable libraries across projects
• Design and implement user-friendly, scalable interfaces
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture (plus)
• Exposure to Cloud Technologies (plus)
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database management
• Advanced knowledge of Data Structures, OOP, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skill
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• 1 year of experience in Java backend development
• Strong proficiency in Java (version 8 )
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & React
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
