Junior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support business analysis, reporting, and insight generation across our Growth team.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Support customer segmentation, funnel, and cohort analysis.
• Help translate data into clear and actionable insights, not just reports.
• Support analysis across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Assist with predictive analytics and machine learning use cases.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, productivity, and insight generation.
• Work closely with the Data Lead and wider Growth team.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day analytical work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and turn data into actions.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to continuously learn.
