Junior Process Engineer

The Junior Process Engineer will work on engineering and consultancy assignments primarily within the oil and gas industry. You will work as part of a team, supporting and performing duties pertaining to the Process discipline, and will be responsible for supporting the planning, verifying and execution of Pipeline engineering projects.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare as required and assist with technical inputs on projects and working on interfaces.
• Prepare, review, analyse, and interpret technical data, and prepare technical reports for clients.
• Undertake complex analytical work, create, and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Ensure all deliverables comply fully with approved instructions, procedures, and policies, and contribute to process improvements.
• Attend meetings together with senior managers and support client activity where needed.
• Maintain comprehensive logbooks documenting progress and detailed analysis.
• Work productively with teams to deliver innovative solutions and solve moderate scope problems.
• Always comply with the company QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, work systems and regulations at Aqualis Group premises, projects and client sites.

What are we looking for?

• Degree qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes and the ability to apply standards.
• Good working knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Fluent in English.
