Role Description The Plumbing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in El Tagamoa El Khames. The role involves designing and reviewing plumbing systems for building projects, including water supply, drainage, and related building services, in alignment with project requirements and MEP standards. Daily tasks include preparing and checking design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation, coordinating with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines, and supporting BIM modeling and shop drawing production.

Engineer will participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, and assist in value engineering and optimization of plumbing systems. Collaboration with project managers and site teams to address design queries and provide technical support is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Plumbing and Plumbing Design for building projects.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Water Supply systems and related Building Services.
• Candidates should possess experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and standards.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM software).
• Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering) and familiarity with international plumbing codes.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills in English, with the ability to document and present technical information clearly.
