Process Development Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions, as well as process data standardization sheets.
• Implement and manage standardized work and process control plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Single-Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED).
• Utilize problem-solving methodologies such as A3 thinking and 8D reports to address and resolve process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of process changes.

Qualification & Education:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production) / (Industrial)
• 2:4 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
