Job Title: Process Risk Management Unit Manager

Job Purpose:

Lead the sector-wide process risk management framework and ensure effective implementation of risk-based thinking across Business Units to support proactive risk management and informed decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain the sector-wide process risk management framework.
• Monitor sector-wide risk exposure and provide visibility of key risks and trends.
• Ensure risk management principles are integrated into Business Unit processes and management systems.
• Lead risk reporting, analysis, and escalation of significant or critical risks.
• Support Business Units in strengthening risk management capabilities and risk maturity.
• Promote a proactive risk management culture across the sector.

HSE Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable Elsewedy Electric QHSE policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment and report any identified risks or unsafe conditions.
• Support continuous improvement of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.
• Participate in relevant QHSE awareness and compliance activities.

Job Requirements:

• Years of experience: 8–12 years in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Quality, or Assurance.

-Preferred Experience within EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering environments.

• Academic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or equivalent.

-Preferred Master's Degree in Risk Management or Business Administration.

• Professional Certificates:

-ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 31000, PMI-RMP or equivalent Risk Certification.

-Preferred CRMP or equivalent
