Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Procurement Specialist to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, sourcing, quotation analysis, and Purchase Orders.
• Prepare technical & commercial comparisons and coordinate technical approvals.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of price, quality, payment terms, and delivery.
• Follow up on Purchase Orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Source and develop alternative suppliers to improve competitiveness and minimize supply risks.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance evaluation.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Experience with spare parts, MRO, raw materials, or industrial supplies is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel and English.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
