This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute project installation activities and establish schedules according to project requirements.
• Manage site teams and ensure installation work meets quality, schedule, and client specifications.
• Monitor project execution to ensure completion within approved budget, resources, and contractual scope.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements, approved drawings, contract documents, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project teams and provide technical support.
• Monitor site progress, prepare schedule/progress reports, and follow up on project deliverables.
• Estimate and allocate required resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Support tender preparation, claims, project cash flow, and client payment follow-up.
• Ensure site safety requirements are implemented and monitor incidents and corrective actions.
• Track project performance metrics and identify and follow up on required corrective actions.

Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
• Computer/Technical Skills: MS Office - MS Project - Primavera - AutoCAD
