Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Associate, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Quality Assurance Associate will ensure product and process quality by implementing testing protocols, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Daily tasks will also include analyzing data, documenting test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve complex issues
• Experience with Quality Management frameworks and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document findings and reports
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in healthcare, technology, or other compliance-driven industries is an advantage
• Professional certifications such as ISO (e.g., ISO 9001) and Six Sigma are highly preferred
