About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of building scalable, production-ready web applications across the entire stack.

You’ll work across Python, FastAPI/Django, React, and Next.js, while also contributing to cloud infrastructure, databases, CI/CD, and overall engineering quality.

We’re looking for someone who can go beyond writing code — someone who can own technical decisions, solve complex problems, and take features from idea to production.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
• Build responsive, dynamic, and performant interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, along with caching solutions like Redis.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Docker Compose, and Nginx.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and help maintain high technical standards across the team.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to turn product requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues across the stack.
• Take ownership of features from development through deployment and production.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of professional software development experience, with strong experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python with production experience using FastAPI and/or Django.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, API design, authentication, and security.
• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with frontend state management, SSR, performance optimization, and responsive UI development.
• Strong database knowledge, including PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, data structures, and clean code principles.
• Experience with automated testing using tools such as Pytest, Jest, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ownership and delivery.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations.
• Experience working with vector databases.
• Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
• Experience scaling and optimizing high-traffic web applications.
• Experience building AI-powered features or products.
