Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot, frontend development expertise using Angular, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures. The candidate should also be comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, code review, and troubleshooting while maintaining software engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design activities.
- Build secure integrations between internal and external systems.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Deploy and support applications running on Kubernetes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
- Apply software engineering best practices including clean code, design patterns, SOLID principles, and code reviews.
- Implement authentication and authorization using technologies such as OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and Keycloak.
- Perform application troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue analysis.
- Develop automated unit and integration tests.
- Use AI development tools for coding, refactoring, test generation, documentation, debugging, and technical analysis.
- Review AI-generated code and ensure security, maintainability, and architectural compliance.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including estimation, grooming, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java 17+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and RxJS.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of caching and messaging technologies such as Redis and Kafka.
- Experience with automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of application security principles.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka-based architectures.
- Experience with Keycloak.
- Experience with Helm.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or ELK.
