Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Role Description The Senior Java Full Stack Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in El Maadi El Gadida. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java and modern front-end technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, developing responsive user interfaces, integrating third-party systems, and optimizing application performance.

Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance to peers, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, writing clean and maintainable code, and staying current with industry trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong back-end web development skills, including Java-based frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database design.
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Proven experience in software development and full-stack development, delivering production-grade applications.
• Ability to design, develop, and optimize full-stack solutions, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing methodologies, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, build tools, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in managed services, enterprise projects, or working with international clients is a plus.
