‏⁦Hiring Announcement: Technical Office Engineer & Site Engineer

Shield Specialized Construction is hiring for the following positions to join our team:

• Technical Office Engineer (Civil or Architecture)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Location: Company Headquarters

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proficient in Quantity Surveying (QS), cost estimation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.
• Reviewing contract documents, architectural/structural drawings, and specifications.
• Preparing shop drawings, submittals, and detailed technical reports.
• Managing variation orders, interim payments, and project documentation.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
• Site Engineer (Civil or Architecture)
• Location Preference: Must reside near Fifth Settlement (New Cairo) or adjacent areas.
• Requirements: Must own a private car (Car allowance will be provided).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations, sub-contractors, and workforce to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings.
• Inspecting incoming site materials and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinating with technical office teams and project managers to report daily progress.
• Resolving site execution issues efficiently and maintaining project timelines.
