Software Development Team Lead (Java + Angular)

Job specific responsibilities:

1. Analyze software requirements.
2. Implement Software design plans.
3. Write clean, scalable code using Java and Angular programming languages
4. Monitor status of developing software; writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications.
5. Revise, update, refactor and debug code
6. Improve existing software
7. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
8. Establish Agile development practices to ensure rapid and quality of application development and sustainment.
9. Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Be a hands-on technical leader and contributor.
10. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
11. Ensure top quality design reviews attaining the business goals.
12. Have proven track record in leading architecture, design, development and operations of enterprise scale web delivery platforms, products and services.
13. Respond to occasional system errors, including during off hours and coordinate response amongst the team.
14. Facilitate to ensure teams have the appropriate and latest product and technical knowledge, guidance, and resources to deliver optimal solutions effectively on target, on track and on budget.
15. Collaborate to establish and enhance development policies, procedures and standards and enforce their implementation within their team of developers.

Managerial responsibilities:

1. Supervise, support and advise subordinates regularly, furthermore, appraise their performance.
2. Provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity.
3. Monitor, evaluate and ensures the completion of tasks and projects.
4. Prepare different kinds of reports that shows tasks’ progress.

Specialization:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Java and Angular Developer
• Familiarity with the Microservices and spring boot
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.

Languages

• English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
• Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading and writing).
