We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Technician with a solid foundation in MEP drafting (with strong emphasis on Public Health & Plumbing systems) to join our growing engineering design team in New Cairo.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝟮 years of relevant MEP drafting experience within an Architecture & Engineering Consultancy firm.

• 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗘𝗣 / 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁.
• Basic working knowledge of local Statutory Authorities' codes, regulations, and submission standards.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety in Design, Fire & Life Safety, and Sustainable Design principles.
• High proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
