Structural Engineer

Connectalents, a leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is hiring an Structural Engineer in 5th Settlement to join a dynamic real estate development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-driven professional to take ownership of projects from concept to completion, translating architectural vision into reality through precise shop drawings, hands-on site execution, and close collaboration with contractors and design teams.

Job Role:

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and reinforcement details.
• Perform structural analysis using ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Review shop drawings, subcontractor submissions, and technical documentation.
• Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with structural specifications.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in structural design and site supervision.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in large real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments).
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit and Primavera is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.
