🚀 Hiring: Technical Lead – Infrastructure & Service Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to own and drive our infrastructure operations, service delivery, and hosting platforms. This role bridges hands-on technical execution, service management, and business alignment, while laying the foundation for future team growth.

🔹 Experience Required

• 6–8 years of experience in IT Service Delivery & Management, Infrastructure Operations, or related fields
• 3 years of proven experience managing Microsoft and Linux environments, DNS, Email (multi-tenant), and web hosting solutions (cPanel or similar)

🔧 Core Technical Skills & Tech Stack

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies:
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure
• Linux server administration and web hosting infrastructure:
• Linux, Apache/NGINX, PHP, MySQL
• Hosting platforms & control panels:
• WHMCS, cPanel, WHM (or equivalent)
• Virtualization:
• VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox
• Experience managing:
• VPS, Dedicated Servers, Shared Hosting environments
• Cloud exposure (at least one):
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong understanding of hosting protocols & services:
• DNS, SSL, FTP, SMTP
• Security, Backups & Disaster Recovery
• Automation basics and strong documentation practices (SOPs)

📊 IT Service Delivery & Monitoring

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
• (SLA/OLA, Incident & Problem Management, Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis)
• Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA compliance across platforms
• Implement best practices including ITIL-aligned processes, automation, and documentation

🧑 💼 Technical Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and optimization of Microsoft platforms, cPanel, and hosting environments
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and service availability
• Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams for redundancy, scalability, and availability
• Ensure security, compliance, backups, and DR plans are implemented and maintained
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, SOPs, and operational best practices
