WE ARE HIRING | Senior Technical Office Architect

📍 Project: Raya Park

📌 Location: Kafr El-Dawwar, Beheira, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise architectural Technical Office activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and develop architectural shop drawings and detailed working drawings.
• Ensure compliance with design intent, contract documents, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve technical conflicts.
• Review BOQs, quantity take-offs, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and design revisions.
• Support site teams and ensure proper implementation of approved drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural Technical Office works, including experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in shop drawings, BOQs, quantity surveying, and technical coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
