We’re Hiring | Senior Hybrid Developer (WordPress / WooCommerce + Mobile Apps) – Remote

We are looking for a Senior Hybrid Developer with strong hands-on experience in both WordPress / WooCommerce development and mobile app integration or development.

This role is for someone who can build scalable eCommerce solutions today and support future mobile app development with the right technical architecture.

This is not a role for a basic WordPress user or someone focused only on installing ready-made plugins.

We are looking for a developer with real engineering depth who can work across web, backend integrations, and app-readiness.

Core Technical Requirements

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

• PHP
• JavaScript
• HTML5
• CSS3
• MySQL
• WordPress Development
• WooCommerce Development
• REST API
• JSON
• Git

Mobile / Hybrid App Requirement

Candidates should also have experience in at least one of the following:

• React Native or
• Flutter

Required Technical Competencies The ideal candidate must be able to:

• Build and customize WordPress / WooCommerce themes at production level
• Develop or customize plugins
• Convert Figma / AI-generated UI outputs into clean, maintainable, and scalable implementations
• Integrate third-party systems such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and external APIs
• Design or prepare backend structures that can support future mobile app connectivity
• Handle API-based integrations between web and mobile systems
• Debug complex issues across theme, plugin, database, and server layers
• Optimize performance, maintainability, and code structure
• Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code

Preferred Technical Background

Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Custom WooCommerce development
• React or modern front-end architecture
• Laravel or other PHP frameworks
• Linux / server environments
• Docker
• Booking systems
• Rental systems
• Custom commerce flows and operational logic

Important Note

We are not looking for:

• Basic WordPress setup experience
• Theme installation only
• Plugin installation only
• Low-code / no-code profiles

We are looking for a developer who can analyze requirements technically, make sound implementation decisions, and build scalable solutions across web and mobile-ready systems.

Salary Range

EGP 35,000 – 50,000 / month

Depending on technical depth, project experience, and problem-solving ability.
