• Prepare technical and commercial offers, including pricing, material take-offs, and quantity surveys.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical datasheets for approval.

• Preparing and submitting all work Inspection test reports (WIRs).
• Review and analysis all MEP drawing materials, Schedules/ program of work etc.
• Preparing As Build Drawing (Auto Cad).
• Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work.
• Monitoring work as per specification, local & international standard codes (ASHRAE and NFPA)
• Identification of subcontractors and suppliers & collecting question & close coordination with subcontractors.
• Submit invoices to the consultant to be approved upon the end of the works.
• Using Odoo to keep tracking the workflow.

Monitor the installation of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, AC system according to standards (NFPA, ASHRE, EGYPTIAN Code FOR PLUMBING), Ensure the daily target accomplishment of mechanical work in site and conduct of the necessary tests for the stage of works.
