Lab chemist and QC Engineer at National company for fertilizers and chemical industries (Present)

• Follow up and Analysis raw materials like potassium Chloride and Sulfuric acid.
• Follow up and Analysis the main Final product (Potassium Sulfate) and secondary product (Hydrochloric acid).
• Applying Iso principles during the process, prevent any Defects, Ensure that standards and requirements related to quality are followed.
• Create thorough reports on tests and findings.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly.
• Performing analyses of samples to ensure that they meet specific standards or specification.
• Complete analysis of water like (pH / TDS / Conductivity / Total Alkalinity / Partial Alkalinity / Ca Hardness / Mg Hardness / Total Hardness / Chloride Ion concentration with Mohar's Method).
• Work on different instruments as (Flame photometer, PH meter, conductivity meter and Hach DR3900).
• take samples from Raw Materials, Raw Water, Treated Water and Finish products to ensure that they meet specifications for use in manufacturing.
