I’m responsible for all non-food sections operation; from organizing planogram in selling area, providing all missing items (unless 3 pcs. From non-sellable items), making orders and deals with suppliers to provide the enough quantities (specially in promo period) and making good deals in price & free items to use it as sample, preparing for inventory, training my team & develop them to make them ready for next level.

- Set Modular (A blueprint on how each section is set up and where all the merchandise goes).
- Change On-Hands (So you can get merchandise in when it says you have more than you do and stop getting merchandise when you have too much).

- Plan and set features (Ordering say a lot of dog food and putting it on an endcap. It starts with finding a good seller, ordering it, getting it in, putting it a specific location where it's visible, and finally pricing it).

I start my career at Carrefour hyper market as a sales associate, then promoted after 2 years to supervisor, then at last as a section manager for light house hold (L.H.H), I was responsible to manage selling area, preparing for inventory, making orders, develop my team, dealing with suppliers, serving customers & doing business report.
- All mandatory range must be available all the time, except slow moving items which I can have only 3 pcs. Each.
- All gondola head that have promo items must be in full and have enough stock to meet the customer requirements.
- Organize selling area according to the planogram we received from H.O, and make sure it’s understood for all team.
- Develop my team to meet next level requirements and to fulfill their job accordingly.
- Manage backroom to make sure every item visible to everyone so we can’t lose time for replenishments, also to make it easy for inventory procedures.
- Avoid any over stocks from being in backroom for too long and return it to suppliers or if it’s not returnable we make instore promo to sell it.
