For 6 years I provided expert assistance for over 12 multi-site customers they're all Saudi government institutions as the 1st line support for application users For 4 years i worked as a software tester with an excellent of understanding customer and end users needs For these years i gained sufficient experience to determine the customer's requirements and measure their efficiency and quality, and whether they correspond to his requirements and needs or not, as well as the extent of customer satisfaction and coordination between stack holders and development teams by explaining and simplifying the business to any technical team, as well as explaining the product and training to customer or end user
Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards also the entire process from the requirement to delivery.
