Responsibilities

• Receive all maintenance orders from aftermarket department and handle these orders with maintenance team according to priority and customer’s schedule.

•Manage all workshop repairing orders and send final repairing quotations to aftermarket department which contact with the customers.

•Manage maintenance team to do their best without any problems.

• Follow up field engineers and support them with technical information and communication skills for different customers issues.
• Handle all visits with maintenance engineers and follow up reports for every visit.

•Responsible for maintenance contracts with customers.

•Create all technical reports.

•Responsible for all technical issues.

•Technical Correspondence between the company and the mother company (ATLAS COPCO) in the new technical issues with new machines.

•Responsible for warranty section.

•Sending all technical reports for issues which is in warranty.

•Follow up all client whose have machinery in warranty period and handle their technical problems with maintenance team.

•Follow up maintenance team and make a monthly evaluation for everyone.

•Handle training sessions for maintenance team with ATLAS COPCO

Work as a Technical Support Engineer for screw compressors, and dryers.

Responsibilities

1.Create all technical reports.

2.Responsible for all technical issues which can't solve by maintenance team.

3.Technical Correspondence between my company and the mother company (ATLAS COPCO)

4.Sending all technical reports for issues which is in warranty.

5.Follow up all client whose have machinery in warranty period and handle their technical problems with maintenance team.

6.Follow up maintenance team and make a monthly evaluation for everyone in the maintenance team.

7.Handle training sessions for maintenance team with ATLAS COPCO.

8.Responsible for maintenance contracts with customers
