I am a mechanical engineer who always seek for the quality and self developing in all aspects. I spent +3 years in my career and have multiple experiences like technical support, carried out maintenance and installation jobs inside and on site in different fields (MEP, printing and advertising, Automotive equipments and many more..). whether in a group team or individually I was able to deliver my tasks in the best scenario cases in any working environment (offices, workshops and factories). I work in some international factories in Egypt like P&G, Nestle and some more as a project engineer to meet their demands of applying or renewing conveyor and handling solution for their products.

Hence I've developed many technical skills and soft skills like planning, team leading, communication, satisfying customer service and experience and very good relationships

Self-dedication and development, persistence and quick learning are my key terms in order pursuit the professional in my lifetime field.

Project Engineer, ENTRA Electro-mechanical (December 2021 - present)

• Receiving clients’ orders.
• Discuss the needs and different parameters regarding the processing and production.
• Offering various concepts for solutions.
• Design customized complete solutions with aid of other teams (if needed).
• Plan project’s timings, resources, loss margins and risks assessments.
• Issuing pricing lists, quotations and checking tenders.
• Supervise workshop progress in completion of designated project and solve any raised technical/designing issues with workshop engineer.
• Deliver the project on-site, install it and ensures that it is complain free.
• Reporting each process one at a time to the Head and apply any justification if needed

Maintenance & Technical Support Engineer, CMYK print solutions – WELCO group (May 2021 - December 2021)

• Maintenance and technical support engineer.
• Providing support and solving technical problems for the customers (hardware or software problems).
• Troubleshooting.
• Installing and providing needed technical trainings for the new users across all Egypt.
