Anas Albayaa

I am an experienced project manager, talented and creative design manger architect, in addition to be a good manger solutions-oriented in construction issues, I have 20 years of experience, started by practicing architectural and urban design. I spent the last ten years in project management, dealing with private sector and governmental authorities. I am Confident to drive a teamwork and coordinating all different disciplines by merging gained management capabilities and technical know-how.

Currently, I am seeking a technical related managerial position in KSA or the Gulf Area.

Key Activities;

• Participatory study and preparing a proposal for conservation, consolidation and restoration of Turaif heritage asset area B, Thanayan Palace.
• Digital surveying, documentation and morphology analysis of Musafirkana Palace Biet Mahmoud Moharram, one of the historic Cairo Monuments.
• Participatory study and preparing for a conservation proposal and reuse for new Gourna complex of H. Fathy.

1. GREATER CAIRO METRO, LINE 3 - PHASE (4B), to produce construction method statement, project time schedule and construction shop drawing for façade cladding work in three main stations: (Hykstep - Hesham Barakat- Adly Mansour).
2. Main Cabinet Building, new administrative capital; I have been responsible for leading a team to produce electro-mechanical calculation and coordinated shop drawing. 
3. Alburouj Residential Compound, the scope is to produce mechanical shop drawing and technical co-ordination and to represent the client Hassan Allam Constructions in all consultant and technical meetings.
