I am working for Hassan Allam Construction as a Procurement Engineer on four mega projects at New Alamein City; (Hassan Allam / CCC Joint Venture) projects, additional to that I have a solid background in site applications reference to my previous experience as a site engineer.

Al-Alamein Old City: Approximate area 1,091,500 sqm. Contains Entertainments & Arts neighborhood, Commercial neighborhood, cultural neighborhood and Residential neighborhood.

North Edge Towers: Four towers on a plot area of 42,000 m2 with a total built-up-area of 324,000 m2 of commercial area and luxury residential apartments.

Arab Academy for science and technology: Executing 30 fully finished collages in addition to number of service buildings.

Down Town project: Executing 31 acre with 40 buildings of 1320 fully finished apartments.

Job Description

• Review technical documents, project schedule, budget, and procedures to identify project material requirements.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Review suppliers’ product designs, processes, and activities for compliance with company guidelines, quality processes, and standards.
• Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
• Negotiate and work with suppliers on various kinds of payment terms - Letter of Credit, PDC, Guarantee Bonds, Guarantee Cheque &, etc.
• Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies to meet cost-saving targets.
• Analyze the final cost for future reference.
• Manage procurement schedule for work packages requirements.
• Provide procurement guidance to the contracts administration team.
• Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts.
