Building Brokly, a real estate CRM used by ~20 sales agents: Next.js 15 + TypeScript + Tailwind web app on Supabase, deployed as a PWA on Vercel, plus a companion Kotlin/Android mobile app.

• Developed lead management, follow-up, and attendance workflows, including a check-in/out and shift-tracking system.
• Built business logic such as a unit price calculator for pricing and payment calculations, and dashboard interfaces for monitoring business activity.
• Led Supabase Row-Level Security audits, identifying and closing critical access vulnerabilities.
