I worked in chemical analyzes of food, treated water, drinking water, herbs and pharmaceutical preparations (capsule , syrup and tablet) and worked on various laboratory devices HPLC , GC, UV spectrophotometer , ovens ,----

I participated in a global research project for three years with the European countries of Italy, Austria and Romania, and I traveled to these countries during the years at different time periods and worked with SGS laboratories for two years to equip and develop the company’s laboratories in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO 17025 standard. I have good experience in Quality assurance and Quality Control, where I work as a quality control manager and quality manager for more than 10 years

Quality Manager

Quality Control Manager ( 8-2013 till now )

• Determining and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications and implementing the quality management system. GMP, ISO9001, ISO22000 , ISO 45000, GLP , ISO 13485 , ISO 17025 :2017 
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
• Setting customer service standards and meeting clients and handling any complaints they may have.
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level and Customer requirements. 
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures and standards.
• Writing management and technical reports and customers’ contracts and reporting results and project updates to senior management.
• Determining training needs.
• Directing objectives to maximize profitability and defines and follows the annual operating budget of the unit .
• Monitoring performance , Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
• Supervising technical laboratory staff. and defines the investment needs of the service (human, facilities, equipment)
• Ensuring continuous improvement within the quality management systems.
• Responsible for the quality of water :treatment water , drinking water . and waste water
• Responsible for the quality of testing services provided to the client. according to ISO17025 : 2017
• Implement and executes standards, policy procedures and procedures of quality management system and assure adherence to nationality set limits according to standard methods and client requirements.
• Responsible for approval issue and amendment of document control related issue that are a part of quality system
• Internal Auditor on quality control activities ( Implement periodic and systematic assessments of the laboratory objectives ) 
•  Management customer audit support and compliance of regulatory unit and work of periodic visits to them to resolve the company's belongings if present .
