Responsibilities include

• Responsible for the continuous development of deliverables, coaching, and training team members.
• Building effective working relationships directly with clients and identifying new opportunities.
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns and forms requested by the Egyptian tax laws related to corporate tax, payroll tax, stamp tax, withholding tax, add-on tax and VAT for several types of industries.
• Managing the tax inspection process for all types of taxes in Egypt including all the levels of tax inspection process starting from the tax authority inspection, the internal committee, the specialized committee, the appeal committee and the court if needed in order to achieve the maximum benefit for the clients.
• Managing tax due diligence, vendors’ tax due diligences, red flags, and health checks studies;
• Advising on tax treatments of cross-border transactions including dividends, royalties and services from Egyptian Income tax perspective together with relevant Double Tax Treaties
• Recommending solutions to clients’ complex business challenges.
