•  supporting customer service and delivery activities by coordinating and directing team members tasked with shipping, receiving, and storage of goods. 
• ensuring that customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time and ensuring that team members comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety.
• Responsible for following up the processing and shipping operations, as well as following up with the various shipping companies and submitting follow-up reports to the management.
