- Manged all site work and contractors, Managed project documents (Design – government's approvals – contracts – shop drawings – site work). Managed all meetings and activities and outcomes with (consultants-contractors, owner, municipality).

- Coordinated effectively between contracting groups by issuing detailed coordination drawings, revising, and evaluating deliverables to resolve all technical issues throughout the project life cycle, achieving a 100% resolution rate.
- Managed all preparations for project opening, including releasing key project documents such as Bills of Quantities (B.O.Qs), invoices, and commercial offers.
