 My main responsibilities were engineer and maintenance manager for the central workshop for truck maintenance and sales also simultaneously provided support and information to clients and this often involves making follow-up decisions based on the interest of the customer.

 Responsible for planning maintenance for all Iveco trucks and providing reports electronically and manually for company management.

 Met monitoring guidelines to drive internal systems and ongoing contractor relationships.

Zawaya tech construction (Dubai)January 2016 - February 2017I was a general supervisor of the central workshop for maintenance. This included overseeing the maintenance of the company's fleet of trucks and cars, making a regular and periodic maintenance schedule, and submitting a report tothe main administration of all the central workshop's resistance to maintenance to not delay any car or truck in maintenance for not stopping the course of work, providing all spare parts and alerting them to them before their entry into force.

 Developed spreadsheet analysis and calculation tools to improve the accuracy of designs, reducing the need for reworks.
