Senior R&D engineer, during my previous roles as a Maintenance engineer, production manager or assistant technical manager, I was tasked with many challenging tasks within a tight timeframe and achieved as requested.
I spent all my career improving my skills and learning more about engineering techniques, I have a wide practical experience in
(operation, production planning, maintenance planning, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, Mechanical design, lean manufacturing,
planning and implementation of work instructions and maintenance instructions, Sheet metals manufacturing, mechanical parts, dies,
machines design and manufacturing, MS Excel, and production lines
Installation).
I worked on a team that was comprised of many different disciplines and cultures, which meant I needed to be cognizant of their respective expertise and know when to yield to their discretion.
Working independently is also a strength of mine, I have a strong work ethics, the ability to handle multiple projects at once, and a yearning to never stop learning.

My work as a senior mechanical engineer is to follow tasks assigned to me by Technical Manager in addition to acting as a Production Manager and managing R&D tasks, main work Roles are:

As an R&D engineer, my responsibilities are:
I designed and led a team that assemble steel structures and metal forming work:
1- Chemical tanks
2- Engineers’ offices and demo room building
3- Store shelves (storing solutions)
4- Main player of the team who Planned and implemented moving from old factory to new factory with moving all machines and preparing for each move and requirements.
Lead steel factory (steel forming) to improve work and product quality.
Work As: Assistant Production Manager (From 2nd Aug 2014 till
21st Jan 2016)
Creating production plans and improving operational processes for all company factories.
Standardize products to obtain a smooth operation process.
Plans to organize and direct engineering to meet company objectives for design, new product development and improvement of existing product lines by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Work As: Production Engineer (From 1st Apr 2013 till 24 July
2014)
Responsible for steel factory carrying out all sheet metals work, organising team to able to achieve our target, improve fabrication and assembling processes to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Establish production daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
Started all maintenance planning system for RTF Co. and assist in implementing it and monitoring for improvement then handled to maintenance engineer.

Designed Crane for lifting loads, and assisted in the design of conveyors.

I was responsible for the cargos and freight railways section organizes work with the main operation department and creates and supervise timetable for locomotive drivers.

Graduation Project: Reverse engineering for D10T CAT Bulldozer
Role in project design: 1- Full Design for Ripper part
2- Made 3D Simulation using Solid Works.
