During my work, I have been deeply involved in applying machine learning to financial analytics within the banking sector. In one of my key projects, I developed a machine learning-driven risk detection framework for Internal Audit, integrating multiple domain-specific indicators to identify high-risk corporate customers — a solution that significantly enhanced audit coverage and efficiency. I also built a Financial Behavioral Tracker that classifies corporate customers by Line of Business using quarterly data, achieving a 90% F1-score with advanced validation and Bayesian optimization techniques. Additionally, I contributed to cross-selling GTB products, deploying a classification model that increased value-added service growth by 15%, and designed a fraud detection system for SME loans, which saved over 79 million EGP.
