July 2020 – Until now (Egyptian Clothing Bank)
In this phase of my career, the matter becomes more complex and more professional I have had to handle more than 140 employees. I have started to work in a cloud-based environment, a more complicated bigger network and a more secured monitored environment using Sophos Firewall. To work in such environment so it becomes a must to start studying professionally So I started to study CCNA and started to have a deeper understanding of network terminologies and how to implement a network.
In addition, I dealt with Sophos
XG Firewall, so I started to take an online Sophos firewall course to handle it and monitor the organization network so I self-learned firewalls especially Sophos.
MCSE was the next step along 3 months I have self-
studied MCSE (Online self-study).
From the very beginning I had to deal with azure as our main cloud platform in the organization however my role was not that complex, I dealt with azure portal especially in the part of creating emails and users to join our domain besides, I was handling the cloud as a service in the part of OneDrive and SharePoint permissions, managing spaces and monitoring files.
Recently I had to deal with some automation matters as we do not have anyone who could not handle this matter, so we had suffered in our zoom meetings in our meeting room especially with many people, so I researched for the best solution and communicated with Logitech and implemented a fully equipped zoom solution. Besides, we wanted to automate the meeting room, so I have dealt with Sonof to be able to control lights, air conditioners meeting room screens via Alexa or remotely through the phone. Dealing with more than
140 employees earned me a high scalability to deal with many matters not a direct IT matter or issue but related to it. One of the biggest challenges was electricity so I had to search for best solutions, so I dealt with Schneider electric and bought UPSs and implemented it by myself as we do not have any electrical engineer.
March 2018 – February 2019 (REMAX/22 and REMAX
A whole new level or we can say more advanced level and challenge as I was the only It in this company so I started to study networking basics and how to control a network but I was facing a low budget problem, so I decided to buy a PC and transform it to a simple network firewall by two network cards and installing an image for a system called Mikrotik in both branches At this level I started to realize some basic network terminologies such as DHCP- STATIC IP- IP RANGE-
Network Policy- Network Monitor and quota load balancing and many other terminologies related to network and security.

The very beginning for a long career started to work from the very bottom as a help desk junior from Basic
Troubleshooting such as Diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software issues, Employee
