Manage daily cash flow operations and monitor bank positions across the group to ensure optimal liquidity utilization.
Monitor daily cash balances and funding requirements across all entities.
Prepare cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning and ensure the availability of funds for investment and decision-making.
Prepare and analysis the cash flow report versus cash forecast to ensure the accuracy of forecasting and identify variances.
Prepare and present the Statement of Cash Flow to the CFO.
Manage and handle daily payment process to all vendors via manual & Online cash transfers or Cheques.
Ensure timely and accurate payment runs in accordance with company policies.
Manage all treasury reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, and oversee the monthly closing process
Coordinate with Operating Unit (OU) Finance Teams to ensure proper cash planning and alignment.
Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and liquidity planning.
Develop reporting and modelling capabilities to support short-term and long-term forecasting using indirect modelling techniques.
Develop and enforce strong internal controls and financial management policies.
Manage the Treasury Cash Management Team to ensure efficient operations and high performance.
Set performance objectives for team members, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback and support.
