Malk Mahmoud

I am an R&D professional with experience in food product development. I work on developing new products and improving existing ones to meet market trends and customer needs. I also have experience in product matching, recipe formulation, and conducting trials to achieve the desired taste, quality, and specifications.

I am a Food Processing Technology graduate from the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, where I studied in English under the European System. I have practical experience in R&D, Quality, and Food Safety through internships and training at leading food manufacturing companies, including Pladis, Kellogg’s, Giza Seeds & Herbs, and Rashdi El Mizan.

My experience includes product development trials, formulation testing, sensory evaluation, quality control, food safety, laboratory analysis, production line monitoring, and implementing food safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000. I have also worked with quality management tools, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

I am adaptable, detail-oriented, a good problem solver, and I work effectively with cross-functional teams. I have good English communication skills and can communicate confidently in both written and spoken English. My goal is to continue developing my career in the food industry, particularly in R&D, product development, quality, and food safety.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing Technology, completed through an English-instructed European System. My academic background and professional experience have given me strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, as I have studied technical and scientific subjects in English and regularly used English in professional environments.

I have completed several courses and training programs in Food Safety and Quality, HACCP, GMP & GHP, Lean Six Sigma, Nutrition, First Aid, and Public Relations. I also have strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and adaptability skills, in addition to a good command of Business English.

Through my academic and professional experience, I have developed the ability to communicate complex information clearly, interact effectively with different people, and adapt my communication style to different audiences. I am passionate about English communication and interested in supporting learners in improving their English language skills and confidence.
