I am passionate about building a career. And I am eager to contribute to organizations that value Creativity, Data-Driven Decisions, and Customer-Focused Growth.

I worked as a Customer Service Agent at Amazon and Transcom before my military service from 7/2024 to 8/2025, where I developed strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Customer Relationship Management skills. This experience strengthened my ability to understand Customer Needs (A skill I now aim to apply in work).

I am a Business Administration graduate, majoring in Marketing, from MSA University. During my studies, I gained a solid foundation.

My education at Collège De La Salle also equipped me with Bilingual Communication skills (Arabic, English, and French), as well as strong Discipline, Teamwork, and Analytical Thinking.
