Moetaz Abo rayya

I’m a mechanical engineer, leader of maintenance team; I’m expert in operations management, maintenance and safety

Colleagues know me as a highly creative engineer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. I spend a lot of time on learning new techniques

I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:

• I have been using tools since i was born
• I have big ideas
• I always motivate my team
• No matter how big your idea is, it's all about execution and that's my job
• I don't give up easily
• I run toward fires
• I always love to win
• I’m the smiling one

I love creating good working environment and my favourite quote is "make working fun"
