• Daily follow up of refinery rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors).
• Analyze equipment performance trends and diagnose operational abnormalities.
• Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
• Provide technical support for maintenance: shaft alignment, rotor balancing, bearing inspection, seal installation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Adhere to shutdown work packages and support turnarounds.
• Coordinate with OEM representatives.
• Follow up spare parts lifecycle and inventory optimization.
• Prepare technical reports and inspection documentation.
• Perform Risk Assessment and ensure HSE standards compliance.
• Technical Achievements: Eliminated repeated seal failures, reduced vibration levels, prevented reciprocating compressor failure, and optimized Min-Max spare parts system.
