• Participated in establishing the setup of the project: Purchasing the required assets, Building up the requried vendor list including service providers potentially capable of supporting in the project, Obtaining the quotations from the designated service providers in accordance to the project budget, doing necessary price negotiations and commercial discussions in light of accepted technical offers, Establishing or rental agreement for plants / equipment / services required for the project in accordance to NEOM requirements.

• Participated in establishing the company as a new piling contracting in The Line project in NEOM, by doing all the procurement activities of buying the needed assets, material, vehicles, and all other related items.
