I am Mohamed Elshebiney, an entrepreneur and business builder with hands-on experience across construction, manufacturing, and technology-driven solutions. Over the years, I have built, operated, and scaled businesses in highly operational and cash-sensitive industries, giving me a practical, execution-focused mindset rather than a purely theoretical one.
My core strength lies in turning complex operations into structured, scalable systems. I currently manage and oversee multiple business lines, including IBS Constructions, a commercial fit-out and construction company, Magnifico Wood, a manufacturing factory specializing in kitchens, wardrobes, and custom wooden furniture, and TrakCost, a SaaS platform designed to help small and medium construction companies control costs and improve profitability.
In construction, I have deep experience managing projects, site engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and cash flow under real-world constraints. I understand the pressure of tight margins, delayed collections, and operational risks, and I work closely with teams on the ground to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. This exposure shaped my belief that strong systems and accurate data are not luxuries—they are survival tools.
In manufacturing, through Magnifico Wood, I lead factory operations that cover production planning, material optimization, quality control, and export readiness. I am directly involved in product development, pricing strategy, marketing content, and catalog creation, particularly for B2B and regional export markets such as the Gulf. I focus on balancing craftsmanship with standardization to achieve consistent quality while maintaining cost control.
On the technology side, I am the founder of TrakCost, a practical SaaS solution built from firsthand industry pain points. The platform is designed to empower small contractors and freelancers with tools that were previously only accessible to large firms. My role spans product vision, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and automation, with a strong emphasis on simplicity, usability, and real financial impact for users.
What defines my approach is that I am operator-first. I don’t separate strategy from execution—I test ideas in real businesses, refine them through data and feedback, and scale what works. I value transparency, ownership, and long-term thinking, and I prefer building sustainable businesses over chasing short-term wins.
Today, I continue to focus on scaling efficiently, improving systems, and creating businesses that solve real problems, whether through manufacturing, construction, or technology.
