Providing advisory services to improve water and sanitation services, by working with the operation and maintenance team of the Drinking Water and Wastewater Company in Aswan, with a focus on standard operation procedures, Programmed maintenance and reducing operation and maintenance costs, and also working with the NRW teams for reducing non-revenue water in Aswan.

held many positions such as Head of Sectors (Operation & Maintenance, Planning and Technical Support) in Minya Governorate serving a population of approximately 6 million, drinking water networks, wastewater networks, water treatment plants, water wells, wastewater treatment plants and sewage pump stations in 9 cities.

Managing and directing department staff, operation and maintenance programs, following up plants’ performance, asset management, water qualities, NRW and leakages, budgeting, HR issues and customer services relation management.

Supervised of training for leak reduction and NRW in four (4) water companies in Egypt as part of Chemonics International,
