Mohamed mageed is me, am acting as a quality manager now experienced 15 years careered supervised machine shop engineer in manufacturing / repair oil and gas field.

In my present role, I evaluate the conditions for quality products for approximately five OEM and 30 oil and gas customers in the field and provide hard working with high quality according to the highest global standard (API and ISO 9001).

-Prepare the Quality manual for operating facility.
-Prepare all procedures and work instruction for organization.
-Register all processes, NCRs, risk assessment for organization Resolving with causes.
-Prepare minutes of meeting to discuss objectives Rate of achievement.
-Register and calibrate all measuring tools and electrical equipment in the organization field yard.
-Preparing internal audit for all facility departments.
-Preparing data packages, Punch listing and mark up.
Execution and management of Oil & Gas EPC Projects as Quality section head responsible for maintenance of Rig components such as Cameron, Shaffer & HYDRIL Bops, Wellheads, charismas trees choke manifolds, DSAF, Risers, Guide Base, GBRT etc. …., by sand blasting
