Ensure that processes needed for the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) ISO 9001& ISO 14001& ISO 45001: and MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) in other hand ISO 17025 are established, implemented and maintained. Report to top management on the performance of the IQMS and Lab., and any need for improvement. Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the Organization.
Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external Accreditation processes. All in process processes during production and incoming inspection process.
- All necessary actions related to maintain the integrated quality management system (IQMS) ISO 9001& ISO 14001& ISO 45001 and MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) in other hand ISO 17025.
- Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025:2017.
- Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025 is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
- Ensure that the performance of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025 is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025.
- Continuous Improvement
- Ensure and follow-up that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the Performance of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025.and that these are regularly reviewed.
- Ensure that all new staff are inducted into the requirements of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025. Related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide update training as necessary.
- Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and reevaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.
- Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction, and that consequent improvement are identified and implemented.
- Ensure that an internal audit program is adopted to verify that the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025 conforms to planned arrangements, IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025:2005 arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained. Ensure that appropriate action is taken when this is not the case.
- Analyze data on the effectiveness of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025 and evaluate where continual. Improvements of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025:2017 can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
- Co-ordinate continual improvements of the IQMS, MID (Measuring Instrument Directives) and ISO 17025, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
- Effectively interacts with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products.
- Works directly with suppliers to ensure compliance of supplied materials.
- Works directly with customers to support quality requirements.
- Works with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers.
- Write technical and management systems reports.
- Brings together staff of different disciplines and drives the group to plan, formulate and agree on Comprehensive quality procedures.
- Manage and maintains the Company's quality inspection and product release programs for Incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
- Sets Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved. Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with Customer requirements.
- Manage and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.

Responsible for day-to-day production, Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. Follow up KPIs, plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities meeting the department production and quality goals, as well As playing a key role in meeting the companywide profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lean approach & Standardization Assure a backup of all work in progress and archived completed work is done in a timely manner
- Continuous Improvement Coordinate and manage all inventory supplies to ensure minimum waste and spoilage. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location. Ensure preventative maintenance of all production equipment, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, supervising and motivating a team of workers, reviewing worker performance.
- Determine, organize, and allocate overtime and extra shifts, if required. Review batch records, issue, and revise Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and other documents as needed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Processes GMPs.
- Supervise and manage production operations to ensure achievement of production plans to the required cost, quality, and safety standards.
