Create the software test plan, get it reviewed and approved by the relevant and update the software test plan, as required
Collect the queries related to the requirements and get them resolved by the business Person (e.g., the client, business analyst, product manager or project manager) assigned to the project
Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.
Plan, organize and lead team meetings and ensure action is taken based on the team discussions
Plan and organize the knowledge transfer to the Software Test Engineers and self
Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members)
Check the status of each assigned task daily and resolve any issues faced by the team members with their tasks
Estimate the test effort and team (size, skills, attitude and schedule) & create the test schedule (tasks and assigned team members)
Testing Mobility Application with Different Platform “IOS, Android, Windows”
Assuring system usability and flexibility (Nonfunctional test)
Testing Mobile Application and responsive Web Design
Automation Test (Function Test and Nonfunctional Test)
Prepare validation plan, Test Activity according CMMI Process
Working with Agile principles in Agile Life Cycle “Scram”.
Identify release and project specific milestones, external milestones, Dependencies, issues, risks and assumptions.
Assign and coordinate tasks to other quality members and monitor their efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing artifacts accordingly
Performing all testing types (Functional test, Nonfunctional test) and Identify any test metrics to be gathered
Ensure the resolved defects are re-tested, regression test for it and Review the status reports of the Software Test Engineers
Assisting in the QA, Management process as required to Improve the test process based on the suggestions by others and
** Retesting fixed bugs and regression test for Impact
