• Responsible for defining the operational processes that required to obtain the ISO Certificates (9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001).
• Managing the needed preventive and corrective plans to insure the Business Continuity of the organization
• Determine the corporate operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information and evaluating output requirements
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current corporate processes through operational reports and metrics
• Managing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders internal or external they involved in the company’s corporate projects.
• Developing strategies, implementing new business processes, and working with stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented successfully.
• Developing project plans, allocating resources, setting timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure that the project stays on track and delivers the desired outcomes.
• Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the proposed solution.
• Creating use cases, user stories and functional specifications that detail the desired features and functionality of a proposed solution.
• Defining the business processes for the corporate (WE Group)

• Managing FTTS Projects "Fiber to the Site".
