In my role as a Transportation Supervisor and Assistant Manager at Vodafone _VOIS Egypt, I am responsible for managing employee transportation to and from various work sites. I develop and implement transportation plans to ensure timely and safe transportation, while managed OPEX and CPEX budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of financial resources. And negotiating contracts with transportation providers.
I have a proven track record of prioritizing employee safety and comfort during transportation, while optimizing routes to reduce costs. Through the implementation of new scheduling strategies and close collaboration with transportation providers, I have successfully achieved significant cost reductions.
Over the past 15 years, I have provided transportation services to more than 10,000 employees and effectively monitored the performance of over 1000 buses and drivers.
I possess strong skills in managing driver teams and vehicle fleets. I have experience in developing and implementing training programs to enhance performance and safety, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, I am proficient in utilizing transportation management software to track trips and manage schedules.
