Taking charge of facility management across nine facilities nationwide, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance across diverse departments and equipment, both in biomedical and non-medical domains.
We are tasked with managing internal renovation and modification projects. Our responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing various enhancements and alterations within our facilities. This involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation.
Create an operation and facilitate Manuals, standards, and facility health care policies for the whole department.
Establish and start the Engineering and Facilities department and its business model and processes.
Support in establishing the main job role and Facilities and Engineering business models from Egypt in Nigeria.
Verified design drawings and documentation (electromechanical and architectural for both medical and non-medical) to meet the requirements and vision from an operational perspective.
Evaluated project requirements and created deliverables and a snag list to identify and mitigate risks.
Tested models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility and operating condition effects.
Addressed design challenges and evaluated alternative design models to meet project requirements.
